Werner WARMUTH

Werner Warmuth is an independent consultant and trainer on solar energy, energy efficiency, green hydrogen & PtX and sustainability topics.
Werner has been an expert in solar energy for more than 22 years. He has extensive knowledge of renewable energy, off-grid and on-grid PV power supply, storage and hydrogen/PtX technologies.
Werner has proven experience in strategy formulation and strategic plan development/roadmaps. He has hands-on experience in business development and innovation management. In addition, Werner is familiar with the application of systemic thinking and is a Certified Specialist "Agility in Business" (ICP-ENT) as well as a trained Marketing Specialist.
He accompanied about 10 major R&D projects of the European Commission from proposal writing to successful implementation.
Werner is highly experienced in conducting capacity building activities in workshops and trainings. He has experience in conference management and workshop facilitation - both physical and online. He is trained in Nonviolent Communication and Dynamic Facilitation & Choice Creating. He is a trainer for the PtX Hub and conducts solar PV trainings. He has acquired a high level of competence in ISO 9001 quality management over the years as a QM responsible and in the area of ISO 50001 as a certified energy management system auditor.
Werner holds a Master Public Management from UNIVERSITY of APPLIED SCIENCES (Hochschule für öffentliche Verwaltung), Kehl, Germany and a Magister Artium in Humanities from the ALBERT-LUDWIG UNIVERSITY FREIBURG, Germany. He is fluent in German and English.
